SHIPPING
Note that there are restrictions on some products. We ship in the United States, contiguous states only.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, and/or LTL Freight.
All orders are shipped directly to our customers only. There is no form of customer pick up, no exceptions. Rancher Supply is an e-commerce business only.
Actual delivery times and costs are subject to change, at any time, based on factors such as weather conditions, delivery location, product inventory, etc. If such events take place, customer will be notified.
Disclaimer on Select Products: Select products are subject to additional shipping charges, even if shipping threshold is met. Additional charges may be based on location, delivery, and/or product size.
RETURN POLICY
Rancher Supply strives for customer satisfaction. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from us but if you are not, please return the merchandise PREPAID within 30 days of purchase. RANCHER SUPPLY does not charge it’s customers a return restocking fee. Any and all returned merchandise must have prior authorization from RANCHER SUPPLY. You must include a copy of your invoice and/or packing slip inside the packaging or affixed to the outside of the package. Returns must be in good uninstalled resalable condition. Any return sent back without prior authorization will be refused. Returns must be in good uninstalled resalable condition. Merchandise must be in its original packaging if shipped to you that way. All returns must be returned PREPAID. Be sure to inspect the package and/or shipment for any shipping damage before you sign a bill of lading from a freight carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipper about any shipment damages or losses as freight handling charges cannot be refunded by RANCHER SUPPLY. If an item arrives damaged by the carrier you must note this on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery to avoid paying return freight charges. All approval or disapproval of product returns is at the sole discretion of Rancher Supply.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service department at 866-777-2624, via our email: customer.care@ranchersupply.com or our website. Your name, order number, and full order information will need to be attached to the package or included in the package that is returned. To ensure that all required information is sent, we recommended sending or attaching either your original invoice or packing slip. This helps us better assist you at completing your return. You are responsible for all return shipping costs on all non-defective merchandise. If your return item qualified for free shipping the original shipping charge incurred will be deducted from the amount of the refund. For returns of large items, you are responsible for paying the return freight and freight fees on large items can run upwards of $500.00 in some cases. Please know that if you miss your delivery appointment or you refuse or return a non-damaged item you will be responsible for any additional freight charges. Returned merchandise must be in its original box with all original packaging, parts and documents. Care must be taken to make sure the product is properly packaged to avoid transit damage.
ITEMS DEEMED AS NON-RETURNABLE
- Products that have been used or installed from their new condition
- Orders past 30 days of receipt date
- Products that were damaged in shipment
- Original shipping charges
- Products without their original box and/or packaging material
- Orders fulfilled by drop shipment
- Products requiring fuel or oil where fuel or oil has been added to the product
WARRANTY INFORMATION
All parts sold from Rancher Supply will carry a 90 day manufacturer’s defect warranty which means that if the part fails due to a manufacturer’s defect within 90 days of purchase it will be replaced at no charge. Sole judgement of what constitutes a manufacturing defect failure will be made by Rancher Supply. Claims must be turned into RANCHER SUPPLY customer service within the first 90 days, from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover abuse, abnormal or improper use, fire, negligence including lack of periodic proper maintenance, alteration, modification, accident, use of wrong lubricants. Also, this warranty does not extend to expendable or normal wear items such as blades, shields, guards, pneumatic tires, seals, teeth, bearings, chains, sprockets, belts, springs, gearbox lubricant, hydraulic fluid or any other items that RANCHER SUPPLY deems a wear item. There are no other implied warranties on RANCHER SUPPLY products. Any questions concerning product warranties should be directed to the Rancher Supply customer service.
3PT ATTACHMENT WARRANTY INFORMATION
All 3 pt. attachment units sold from Rancher Supply will carry a one year manufacturer’s defect warranty which means that if the unit fails due to a manufacturer’s defect within one year from the purchase date the part or parts that failed will be replaced at no charge. Installation of new replacement parts will be the responsibility of the consumer. Sole judgement of what constitutes a manufacturing defect failure will be made by Rancher Supply. Claims must be turned into RANCHER SUPPLY customer service during the first year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover abuse, abnormal or improper use, fire, negligence including lack of periodic proper maintenance, alteration, modification, accident, use of wrong lubricants.
